I have purchased multiple high-end German brands over the years and this is without a doubt the worst dealership. High pressure tactics, loads of added fees, including a mandatory 2% dealer charge, unnecessa years and this is without a doubt the worst dealership. There's plenty of other dealers in the area including White Plains where they're willing to negotiate a reasonable price in a much more sophisticated environment. More

I had been looking to purchase a BMW for a while now, luckily I ran into Marcio who came for a haircut in my salon and he changed my life. Not only he helped me get rid of my old Range Rover but showed me numerous options, dealt with me patiently and was very knowledgeable, I felt no pressure! Billie also participated in the sale very charismatic and polite. And nevertheless the store manager Oksana took the time to come over and made sure the car I chose was the best in the stock after the boys had already checked. Meaning they were thorough!!!! I worked with Jerick to purchase a new car. Jerick listened, I showed him what I built on the website and he said he has one with the same build minus the seat color, I told him it was fine, we Jerick listened, I showed him what I built on the website and he said he has one with the same build minus the seat color, I told him it was fine, we did the test drive and conducted business. On the other had finance sold me a warranty that was included, when my husband and I looked it over with advise from my ex sale man at another BMW, I requested it cancelled. Kristen claimed she cancelled it and it’s in accounting hands. I called accounting they said they not allowed to speak with customers. I guess she don’t know who pays her salary”the customer”. I called BMW financial and they are not seeing the cancellation on their end. I called back left a message for finance with no response.FINANCE RETURN YOUR CUSTOMERS CALLS! STOP ignoring them. On the other hand, thank you Jerick for the smooth transition. Finance I’m looking forward to seeing this cancelling resolved. Some of the employees were friendly, overall I had a good experience with the exception of getting the warranty canceled. More

I traveled to Mt. Kisco from Huntington, Long Island instead of using the BMW dealership around the corner from my house! The main reason was for my salesperson, JERIC Kisco from Huntington, Long Island instead of using the BMW dealership around the corner from my house! The main reason was for my salesperson, JERICK ROSARIO! He was knowledgeable, answered every question and went to any lengths to explain the car, illustrate the car and, in the end, he satisfied every question. He answered every text I sent with more questions and answered every email promptly. The dealership, itself, was another reason - the staff is friendly and inviting and the environment is just luxurious! And, finally, the financial manager was kind, extremely helpful and did everything she could to make the deal work for me! She was sincerely interested in me and wanted to help me get to my goal of leasing a BMW (and she did!). Also, I want to mention that when I sat down to do all the paperwork the woman (sorry, I don't remember her name) who prepared all the papers for me to sign was so friendly and explained everything I was signing so clearly. So professional! All of these reasons made this dealership the ideal place to lease my first BMW. Rest assured.that in 3 years, when my lease is over, I will be coming back to Westchester to lease another and, hopefully, Jerick will be able to help me again. More
